Shipping policy

We ship to Australia, New Zealand and most of Asia. Outside Australia and New Zealand please contact us for orders. Some larger units and custom orders can be dropshipped direct from the factory to save freight charges. Shipping (even express post outside of capital cities) can, in theory, take up to ten working days. Especially to New Zealand. While we take all care in packing and shipping of orders, we are not responsible for damage or loss of goods while in transit. We recommend insurance on all parcels and can arrange it at your cost with freight. Please leave a note on the order if you wish insurance.

All boilers are single wall jacket and designs are not registered under Australian Standards. We recommend you ensure that the equipment is suitable for your purpose.

While we attempt to maintain stocks of spares and consumables, we do not carry all spares for all parts, especially discontinued lines.
